What is the procedure of german company setup? :
German Company Registration: First Steps
After determining by phone or via e-mail with the clients their plans for the German company, we will request the following documents:
As a matter of course, all personal data will be treated confidentially, according to the current laws.
Booking an appointment with a notary in Germany is not possible overnight, so clients will have to wait at least 3 - 5 business days before they can go to the notary to have the company's founders sign the documents needed to register the business.
First, we welcome our clients in our office, where from, after a brief overview, we proceed to the notary's office, where the signing of the documents would take about two hours. We will then escort the company founders to a nearby bank, where our clients will apply for a business bank account.

In the lucky case, the bank account would be opened immediately, yet it is also possible that only after a few days of checking would the bank notify the clients, whether or not their application had been accepted.
We mostly accompany our customers to the more flexible Postbank and Sparkasse institutions, where the account opening conditions are not that strict. In the event the bank refuses our clients´ application to open an account, we recommend our German address.
The company registration itself takes about two weeks and once the court of registration has issued the HRB certificate, our office submits the application to the tax office for the tax number, which takes several months, due to the slow administrative process.
